Refund policy
14 days, no questions asked. If PeerForge is not what you wanted, write to us and we will give the money back.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
1The promise
If you are unhappy with a payment for any reason, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to sit through a call about it.
This applies to everybody — companies as well as individuals — and it sits on top of any statutory right you have rather than replacing it. It applies to each charge, so a renewal you did not want is refundable on the same terms as your first payment.
2How to ask
Email hello@peerforge.app from the address on the account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Tell us which workspace it is about. That is the whole process.
We aim to answer within two working days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money by the method you paid with; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, and is usually five to ten days.
3Who actually pays it back
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for PeerForge subscriptions. They took the payment, they issued the invoice and charged the VAT, and they process the refund — including the VAT. You can also raise a refund with Paddle directly, and they will honour this policy.
4If you are a consumer in the EU or UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because a subscription gives you access immediately, you are asked to agree to it starting straight away, which in strict law ends that right once the service has been supplied.
We do not rely on that. The promise in clause 1 gives you the full 14 days whether or not you have used the service, so the distinction never has to be argued about.
5Cancelling, which is not the same thing
Cancelling stops the next payment. Refunding returns one already made. You can cancel at any time in your workspace settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made.
After that the workspace returns to the free plan. It is not deleted, and neither are your documents — though the free plan's storage and member limits apply again, so it is worth reading the pricing page before you cancel a Team or Business plan.
6After 14 days
We do not refund a month that is already half used simply because it was forgotten about, and we do not refund the free plan, which costs nothing.
We will refund outside 14 days if we got something wrong: a charge you did not authorise, a duplicate, a plan you were moved to without asking, or a fault of ours that made the service unusable for a meaningful part of the period. Ask, and describe what happened.
7Before you charge it back
Please write to us instead. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months, an email takes a day, and the outcome for you is the same money. We have never refused a refund inside 14 days and do not intend to start.
Our terms cover the rest, and Dutch law applies.
Questions about any of this go to hello@peerforge.app. The other two: Terms, Privacy, Refunds.
